Yes. Requirements for Restaurants and Temporary Vendors can be obtained from the Grayson County Health Department, Environmental Health Division (903-465-2878 ext. 241,242,243, or 244). Contact John Weda, Fire Marshall, for Fire Department requirements (903-464-4427). A Certificate of Occupancy is required from the Inspection Department (903-464-4456).
