Are licensees required to report transfers to temporary jobsites?

0

As indicated in Q&A, “What Information does the NSTS contain?”, transactions in which the nationally tracked source remains in the possession of the licensee under the same license do not require a report to the NSTS. For example, a radiographer that transports a source between temporary jobsites is not required to report a source transaction to the NSTS, even if the jobsite is located in another State and the work is performed under a reciprocity agreement. However, as indicated in Q&A, “Who is responsible for providing the information to the NSTS?”, if the work at the temporary job site is performed under a different license, a transaction report would be required. In such cases, the use/storage location of the recipient licensee should be reported, and not the address of the temporary jobsite.
