Yes, if licensees use or store nationally tracked sources at more than one location, they are required to report each address where the sources are used/stored. As indicated in Q&As, “What is the National Source Tracking System?” and “Whom do I contact with questions on reporting to NSTS?”, the addresses reported should correspond to the authorized use/storage locations listed on the radioactive material license, and should not correspond to an address for a temporary jobsite. The regulations require that licensees report an address for each receipt and transfer transaction. For example, if the licensee reports a transaction today to/from location A, and another transaction tomorrow to/from location B, each report must include the address for the location applicable to the transaction being reported.
