Are licensees exempt from any of their other responsibilities as a liquor sales licensee under a Manufacturer’s Limited Liquor Sales Licence?
No. Licensees will continue to be held responsible for all of their other liquor licence obligations at their manufacturing site, including those relating to intoxication, narcotics, minors and disorderly conduct. This includes ensuring that guests are not served to intoxication or served once intoxicated.
