Are Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) affected by the OBE policy?
Psychology services performed by an LCSW will remain reimbursable if the LCSW is providing services through a Home Health Agency (HHA) and the services are billed by the HHA, or the place of service is an Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), Rural Health Clinic (RHC) or a hospital outpatient facility that bills for the services.
