Are LFG energy projects compatible with bioreactor technologies?

0

According to bioreactor.org there are thirteen U.S. landfills that are considered to be bioreactor projects. Of these thirteen bioreactor landfills, nine have LFG energy projects in operation. Bioreactor landfills are required to collect and control LFG earlier than non-bioreactor landfills. After the LFG is collected from a landfill, the type of landfill (bioreactor or non-bioreactor) has little influence on the characteristics of LFG and its use in an LFG energy project.
