Build lean muscle mass supplements are all the rage today. Some have ridiculous claims like they are the best way to “get ripped” abs.. as if diet and exercise don’t matter. Obviously this isn’t true. So supplements to “get cut” don’t work? Actually they do-to a small degree. They are most effective if your diet is short on protein or other essential nutrients. Many people prefer them because they can easily get the nutrition they need without having to change their diet… or if they are in a hurry they just pop a “bulk up” pill and are down with it.
