Are LEADERSHIP traits INNATE or ACQUIRED?
I believe a little of both, you need certain personality traits to become a leader,though more acquired.This can be done by a teacher or by trial and error,which ever, these skills are acquired.Also to lead it must be in a field of some sort, you must have superior knowledge of that field, as we are only born with instinct and not knowledge all skills leading up to leadership are acquired.
