Are law enforcement agencies notified of reports made to the Whistleblower Service?
The information reported to the Whistleblower Service is forwarded to your organisations nominated representative who is responsible for addressing misconduct. If he or she decides that corrective action is necessary, then they may notify the appropriate law enforcement agency if this is appropriate.
