Are laser pens illegal?
No as long as you use them for what they are meant for: you just don’t want to point it at a policeman: Especially where I live since the police can’t tell the difference between a cellphone and a pistol: They will thing you are pointing a pistol or rifle with a laser point scope at them and kill you grave yard dead. You point it at a plane and they will resume you are a terrorist.
