Laser jammers are controlled by the FDA for eye safety. Yes that is true, not the Federal Communications Commision or Department of Transportation. Radar jammers are controlled by the FCC. There are only 6 states that ban radar jammer operation: California, Nebraska, Utah, Oklahoma, Minnesota & Virginia. Laser jammer operation is banned in three states: California, Utah, Nebraska & Oklahoma.
