He has represented the building industry on all major statewide school bond campaigns since 1987. In 2005, Mr. Lyon co-chaired Governor Schwarzenegger’s Housing and Land Use Working Group and as a member of the governor ‘s California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Improvement Advisory Committee.
