No, though over time I would expect to see them as well as other integrators migrate to eSATA and the next release of USB. In the future, you’re likely to find less interest in all three generations of FireWire, the last of which you won’t find devices widely available for. I wouldn’t expect to see eSATA, FireWire, or USB generally available on NAS devices, however, as network area storage uses typically either high-speed ethernet or dedicated fibre-channel switched fabric networking technologies.
