Are KFC and subway halal?
First ask yourself, what is the meaning of halal? God didn’t tell us to slaughter an animal any specific way. He only told us to not eat meat from animals that were… “strangled, and that which has been beaten to death, and that which has fallen from a height, and that which has been gored, and that which the wild animals have eaten from except what you managed to rescue, and what has been slaughtered on alters.” (5:3) If you take ‘halal’ to mean meat other than those in the above verse, it is very unlikely that KFC and Subway are halal. If you search for ‘KFC slaughter house’ on youtube, you will see exactly how the animals are treated. It will put you off.
