Yes. Keiser homes carry an industry standard one-year warranty on materials, workmanship and structural elements, which guarantees that your home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, as defined by a published list of construction standards. Keiser homes also come with a 10-year warranty on structural defects from the sill plate up.
