Are KBRS “Corian” shower bases like other CORIAN bases?
Absolutely Not! Unlike other CORIAN shower bases, a KBRS, Inc CORIAN shower base has a 1/6″ perimeter flange that allows the shower walls to come all the way down to the “standing area” of the shower base. By design, this makes the installation easier, and the finished shower doesn’t look like a cheap two-piece shower kit. Your finished shower will look clean and professional. Are KBRS “Corian” shower bases durable? You Bet! A KBRS “Corian” is surfaced with an 1/2″ thick extremely durable Corian surface. Are KBRS “Corian” Shower Bases Easy To Clean? Absolutely! All of our solid surface shower bases are surfaced with non-porous, solid-color polymers. For everyday cleaning, just use any good quality bathroom cleaner. Cleaners with abrasives will not damage any of our solid surface shower bases. We recommend using an abrasive cleaner to remove tough stains.
