Are jumpies allowed in the common property area?

0

The Board considered a request from a homeowner in May 2003 to allow a jumpy in the common property area for a birthday party. This was not allowed based on the following considerations – safety/reliability, noise levels increase for neighbors, potential damage to landscaping and common propery area. Alternative locations for birthday parties can be Evergreen park (corner of Yerba Buena/San Felipe). There are a lot of kids birthday parties at a park further down on Yerba Buena, just before getting to Silver Creek Valley rd.
