Judges and retired judges who are active licensed members of the State Bar are required to complete the same number of hours of MCLE as other active licensed bar members. Programs provided by the Judicial Continuing Education Committee and programs approved by the Administrative Office of Courts in addition to programs approved by the Minimum Continuing Legal Education Board are approved for credit for judges.
