Yes, and no. Media Mail covers all books and magazines, so techncially, you can send journals this way. It’s cheap, but a bit slow. I sent a lot of the original 1000 Journals this way, and I felt like more got lost in the system. Now, I only send priority mail. It costs more, but I sleep better at night.
