Are JobScore candidates unique from those in job board resume databases?

0

Yes. Employers share job board resumes, but they also share resumes they collect from employee referrals, website visitors, and other candidates they invite. The JobScore Network also has resumes from people who add their information directly to the Network from our website -often because they like our approach to information privacy and matching. Before building JobScore, we asked Job Seekers about other resume databases, and designed our system based on their feedback. We are trying to improve the job seeking experience by collecting job preference information and offering candidates more stringent privacy controls. Our goal was to make JobScore also work for people aren’t actively looking for a job — by ensuring their information is only shared for jobs match their stated preferences.
