Are Jelly Belly jelly beans Kosher?

My husband recalls that the wafers are tan similar to those in sugar wafer cookies but even thinner with dark chocolate in between the wafers and then the whole thing (a 2″ x 2″ inch square (approx.) was covered in the same type of dark chocolate. It came in a brown wrapper and was ‘boxed’ so that this wafer treat could be pushed out from one end and enjoyed without breaking up before it was gustily devoured. I hope that this bit of info helps you to locate the tasty morsel.
