Are Japanese Spitz Rare?
I HAVE ONE! They are only rare in the sense that they are extremely hard to acquire. I looked for a whole year before I finally got one (some local was selling her puppies and all were sold before they were born! She got her dogs from California for like $1200, but sold the puppies for only $400). They are great and apparently everybody wants one because of their low maintenance to keep their coat beautifully white. The only fault is that they shed; however, they don’t have that bad doggy smell… so I don’t care. I guess I answered the question in the second sentence… sorry about all the extra info, I just love them so much!
