Are items available for inspection or preview?
Yes, most events feature a preview, inspection or open house one or two days prior to the conclusion of the auction. Approximately, 40% of the bidders attend the preview. It is our feeling that bidders, who take the time to attend the preview, are better informed, bid accordingly and get the best deal. From time to time, we sell assets that cannot be previewed. When an event does not feature a preview, bidders should carefully consider the descriptions, photos, details and terms of sale, then bid accordingly.
