Are investments with the BGC Cornerstone Fund insured?

The Funds certificates are not insured by the F.D.I.C., S.I.P.C., any state bank insurance fund, or any other governmental agency. The Fund however currently has $18.6 million in net assets and has never missed a payment of principal or interest owed to an investor. We also work diligently with prospective borrowing churches to ensure that the mortgage payment they assume will not negatively affect their ministry. Historically, we have also experienced a very low percentage of loan principal that is delinquent at any given point in time. As of December 31, 2006, the percentage of loan principal outstanding was 0.71%. As of December 31, 2007, the percentage was 0.33%. Please read our offering circular for a complete listing of risks associated before investing with the Cornerstone Fund.
