Are internships, cooperatives or study abroad available?
INTERNSHIPS: Several departments such as Communication, Business, Social Work, Political Science, Leadership (minor only), and Criminal Justice, offer internships for students. STUDY ABROAD: Dr. Dan Cooper heads up our study abroad programs which include: • Harlaxton College in England • The Salzburg College Program in Austria • The Homerton College Program for juniors in Cambridge Several other travel courses are also offered through different departments at various times throughout the year.
Internships/Cooperatives are required and study abroad is available through Coe and through the ACM. Describe Coe’s academic calendar. Coe is on a 4-4-1 academic calendar with a fall and spring semester and a May term. Students traditionally take four classes in the fall and spring semesters and one class for a four week period during May term.
