Are internet names Sourcers and telephone names sourcers two different personalities?
Might be too early…. but some clarification Internet names Sourcers: These names sourcers will use the internet to find the so called Passive (not actively looking for a job) candidates. These candidates may then be verified / profiled using emails/phone. Telephone names sourcers: These sourcers will primarily use the phone to identify and find Passive candidates by calling into the companies. What i would love to know is whether these two type of sourcers (internet and telephone) have different ypes of personality. Can all/some of them be cross-trained? P.S Only if all the companies my client is interested in were in the open…. it would be far much easier… but definitely useful.
