Are Internet Explorer and Netscape configured to work with the Form Viewer during installation?
During installation of the Form Viewer, the installer automatically installs the files needed to function properly with the browser on the workstation. If the installer cannot locate the browser, you must to copy the files manually for your browser as follows: Early Versions of IE (4.x): The Form Viewer operates as a plugin under early versions of IE. This requires that the file npmfv.dll is installed in the browser’s Plugins directory. The plugin file is always installed with the Viewer and located at: \Plugins\npmfv.dll Depending on your version of IE, the plugin directory is located at either: a) \Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\ b) \Program Files\Plus!\Plugins\ Later Versions of IE (5.0+): The Form Viewer operates as an ActiveX Document Server under later versions of IE, which requires registering the file ViewerOutlet.dll with your Windows system.
