Are International Students Eligible for OCE Courses?
International students from anywhere in the world are welcome to register for courses that they are eligible for within the following limitations: You must be a current student with one of the OCE Member schools, you must have met the proficiency requirement of the language in which your selected course is delivered. This must be verified by the course administrator of your Home Institution of record before the LOP is submitted on your behalf, and if you plan to study in the USA or Canada in the future, you can start online courses now and later shift them to a degree when you arrive in the USA or Canada, providing that you are a current student with an OCE member school.
