Are internal IT specific personnel required to support Adest?
Adest caters for both large organisations as well as small companies. Specific IT department or personnel are not a necessity for implementing or using the Adest Software. However, we suggest that at least one person in your organisation should be trained as the system administrator with thorough knowledge of the software, and therefore act as the internal system “owner”.
