Are intelligence agencies and military top brass the true big time international drug traffickers?
Well the CIA and Mossad are most certainly responsible for the proliferation of ‘hard’ drugs, they use drugs as a form of currency and turn a blind eye to drug dealers in exchange for information. Edit. Intelligence agencies are government funded so ‘black operations’ have to be funded by other means and anyone that thinks that this sort of thing does not happen is at best naive and at worst a fool.
