Are IndependentAccess® and Bill Pay two separate systems?
Bill Pay is part of the IndependentAccess® system. Top ^ • When I do a transfer, why is the time different than my computer time? All posted times in IndependentAccess® are Central Time. Top ^ • How will Bill Pay work, and when is the money withdrawn from my account? IndependentAccess® is Internet-based and allows customers to set-up single or recurring bill payments. • Depending on the bill payee, the payment may be either paper or electronic. • The amount of the payment will be deducted from your account on the day you designate the bill payment to be transmitted. • Idaho Independent Bank recommends that you allow at least seven business days for payment processing to ensure that the bills are received and credited prior to your due date. • Please note that IndependentAccess® does not reflect immediate “real time” account transactions.
