All medications including immunizations that have been administered or prescribed can be found within CIS View. To view immunizations, click on the Medication Orders tab in the navigator menu on the left and change your search filters to include all medications.

All medications, including immunizations that have been administered or prescribed, can be found within CIS View. To view immunizations, click on the Immunization tab in the navigator menu on the left. In addition, all immunizations given at Children’s are automatically sent to the state’s immunization registry, Child Profile.
