I think trespassing is the wrong term. “Illegal immigration refers to immigration across national borders in a way that violates the immigration laws of the destination country” So illegal immigrants violate American soil.

Yes. And they really have no place here. We have enough problems of our own, and I wouldn’t call them an american if they are here illegally. So yes, they’re tresspassing on American soil.
