I haven’t studied with them myself, but in my work I have dealt with a lot of people who have. The support you get depends enormously on your tutor, but the majority of people were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied. Their general support for GCSEs and A levels is misleading to the point of lying and some of the course notes (e.g. for Maths) are wrong and have been unchanged for at least 1 year. I know someone who was told to do the wrong GCSE coursework and nearly had 25% of her possible GCSE mark discounted because of it. There are satisfied customers, but if you google ICS reviews you won’t find many positive ones.
