YES. All plans and artwork are copyrighted by ICON Design Group, Ltd. and registered with the UNITED STATES COPYRIGHT OFFICE, LIBRARY OF CONGRESS. All rights are reserved. Each plan comes with a numbered construction license and promotional license. Each sheet of every ICON Plan is stamped with official license indicting original ICON design. You may advertise locally to promote the sale of the home. You may not build a plan more than once without an additional license purchase. Plans may not be resold. Modified versions of our plans remain our copyright property. (See next entry.
