Are human rights inalienable or expedient?

As the Supreme Court of the United States has stated, freedom of speech does not entitle you to yell ‘fire’ in a crowded cinema hall. Likewise certain other freedoms must be tempered with common sense and good will.Human rights cannot be used to trample the rights of others. If they could then the Nazi death camps were an expression of their right to live as they saw fit by murdering millions. I have said it before and will keep on saying it, the Pastor should have been allowed to do what he wanted and we should have let GOD who authored the Koran deal with him as he felt fit. If you don’t believe in GOD then that would have been a sweet deal and if you do, then you know how just HE is.
