Are hot tubs permitted?
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis must be approved by the DRB; they should be integrated in the design of a deck or patio and must be located in your side or rear yard. Location of privacy fencing (if requested) must be shown on the plans. A hot tub or Jacuzzi cannot be immediately visible to adjacent property owners and cannot create an unreasonable amount of noise. Applications and plans must be submitted and approved by the DRB prior to installation.
