Are hose cleaning services available?
All hoses are shipped clean and free of residual from previous rentals. It is expected that the hoses are returned in the same condition. Depending on the material put through the hose, cleaning services may be available. Please contact us for details and pricing. Question #5: What type of quality control do you have? All hoses are pressure tested for leaks and visually inspected for defects after each rental. Each hose is then tagged with the date of the inspection and with the identifying number. In addition, all rental hoses have the flange connections painted purple, the identifying color of Intra-Services Co. Question #6: What about damage charges? If during the testing and inspection of each hose at the end of each rental any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the rentee.
