Yes. Giving up liberty never brings security. America is sliding into a police state. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales actually said in a memo the state has the power torture children sexually in front of their parents. I guess it depends if you feel we should give up our Freedoms for “SECURITY” I personally think it’s out of hand. We are NEVER going to be “safe” regardless what the government does. I think it’s a political battle for the goverment to slowly take over.
