Are home use rights included with the license?

In general, license use is restricted to Vanderbilt owned machines and each machine requires a separate license. Licenses purchased by Vanderbilt departments (i.e. charged to a cost center) are owned by Vanderbilt and may not be transferred to or used by organizations that are not 100% wholly owned by Vanderbilt. Licenses may not be transferred to individuals. If Vanderbilt transfers ownership for a Vanderbilt owned machine to an individual or outside organization, the software purchased or acquired through Information Technology Services must be deleted prior to the transfer of ownership. Some licenses do allow the primary user of the Vanderbilt owned machine that houses the software to install a secondary copy of the software on a personal home or laptop computer for the purpose of performing Vanderbilt-related work either with or without purchasing an additional license. For specifics, see Licensing Terms (http://its.vanderbilt.edu/software/Licensing%20Terms.pdf).
