During the December holiday season, holiday lighting and decorations may be placed on the Dwelling Unit Owner’s property and on Association property directly adjacent to the Dwelling Unit Owner’s property, but may be placed no earlier than the Friday following Thanksgiving, and must be removed no later than the end of the first weekend following January 1 of the following year. During other holidays, holiday lighting and decorations may be placed on the Dwelling Unit Owner’s property and on Association property directly adjacent to the Dwelling Unit Owner’s property, but may be placed no earlier than two (2) weeks prior to the holiday and must be removed no later than the one (1) week following the holiday.
