Are his orders accompanied or unaccompanied?
If his orders are accompanied and the two of you chose for you to stay put, then you receive BAH for where he is stationed. If his orders were unaccompanied (not allowing you the choice to go along) then you receive BAH for your location. The Navy no longer has the “geo-bachelor” program. He cannot collect BAH to help cover his expenses living off base there and for you living where you are.
