Are Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students eligible for inclusion in ERA?

0

HDR students are not included, except where they meet researcher eligibility criterion 5.3.1 (c)(i). This criterion states that to be affiliated with an institution for ERA purposes, the researcher must on the staff census date, “[b]e an employee of the institution, in accordance with criterion (b)(i)”, that is, “[a] person employed by the institution or one of its controlled entities on a full-time, fractional full-time or casual basis”.
