There are four main reasons for heaters not being rated by room size which are: 1. The amount and type of insulation used in the construction of the room. 2. The number of outside doors and windows in the area as well as their efficiency rating. 3. The overall tightness of the area in relation to drafts( construction ). 4. The outside temperature in relation to the desired inside temperature.
