Are hamsters good pets?
I had a black bear hamster. He was great. He wasn’t annoying at night, hamsters like to go on their wheel at night, and it’s very noisy. But my hamster didn’t do that, he didn’t even stink! When my sister got a hamster (It wasn’t a black bear, don’t know what it was) But it was a girl and she stunk sooo bad! I’m not sure if it was the breed or if females smell more. Maybe you should get a male black bear hamster! To convince your parents to let you get a hamster, you have to show that you are responsible. Do chores when asked and do chores when you aren’t. Try making some money. If you make enough, you can tell them that you could pay for it. Don’t nag or beg your parents, it gets you nowhere and that makes you irresponsible. If the final answer is no, you just have to exept it. You can get a hamster when you move out if they say no. I hope you can get a hamster!! Good Luck!
