Are halls and apartments open during the quarter breaks?
The periods of occupancy are indicated on the Housing License Agreement. Winter break housing is available to students who indicate on their housing application that they prefer to stay on campus during the break. A separate housing license agreement and payment are required. Note: Most Residence halls and apartments are closed during Winter break to help ensure students’ personal safety and for cost-saving measures which enable University Housing to offer the lowest housing rate possible for our residents.
