ARE GYROTONIC® EXERCISES DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL?
Although Gyrotonic methodology is complex and works “outside of the lines”, it also focuses on relaxing the body before any strengthening or stretching. You will learn proper breathing and how to support your skeletal structure and weight. So yes, Gyrotonic movement does require being engaged physically and intellectually, but no it is not too difficult or painful for anybody.
