Are Guidojewels diamonds certified?
The loose diamonds of considerable value sold by Gioie are certified by the International Gemological Institute as stated in the relative product detail card. Certified diamonds are delivered sealed in the special guarantee wrapping as shown in the enlarged view of the product detail card, together with the relative guarantee certificate. Usually, diamonds of lower value are not certified because the cost of the certification would significantly affect the price of the jewel.Guidojewels guarantees every diamond sold both in terms of quality, attaching to the documentation accompanied to the shipment the guarantee certificate autenticated by the Quality Control, as in terms of restitution within7 dayswhen not satisfied. Upon request, Guidojewels can also certify less expensive diamonds by charging for the costs involved (about 25 Euros per diamond).
