Are gratuities expected?
We believe that a gratuity should be earned and not included in the ticket price. We are also aware that large groups seldom tip and are often the most demanding of the servers. As is standard in the hospitality industry, a gratuity of 15% is added to group sales of 10 or more. Servers throughout the industry work for a lesser minimum wage known as a tip wage. They rely on your generosity and gratuities are greatly appreciated.
