There are better ways to discipline a Grandchild without slapping.As Grandparents we have a lot more influence on them than we had with our own children.They look up to us because they do not see us everyday and appreciate the time we spend with them.My parents used smacking as a form of control.I did not like how it made me feel so found other ways to discipline my children.Always nurture respect and then you will not need to resort to smacking.
